Launch your file explorer and go to "\Windows\Start Menu\" or its subfolders to find the shortcut and delete it.

Thanks - it's brilliant! Do you know how to set one of the soft keys as a short cut to the speed dial? I'm using an HTC Touch Pro?

#5 vicott 2009-04-02 20:07
I'm not sure about that. Will have to google for the shortcut link/syntax.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS. NOW I CAN LET CHICKS USE MY PHONE(htc touch) w/NO FEAR OF THEM ACCESSING MY CONTACTS (replaced contacts w/calculator)-
lol.
"REAL DUDES", DOWNLOAD THIS CAB.

A very useful and ingenious tool, but unfortunately it works only without TouchFlo3D on Blackstone T8282. Can we hope of an update? Thanks anyway for your wery good work.

Any way of mapping the softkeys on a Samsung Saga to adjust the brightness?
Thanks

#9 vicott 2009-05-17 13:02
It would be trickier on a Samsung Saga, because:
1) I need to port the app to Smartphone first.
2) I need to find out how to toggle backlight on Samsung devices.
3) It would be more convenient for me to develop/test if I own a Samsung device.

Vicott,

You have developed a fantastic app. I would like to have my rightsoftkey mapped to Programs (programs list, not file explorer) Do you know how to do it ?

Thanks a lot !

#12 vicott 2009-07-29 00:15
Unfortunately, there is no "shortcut" to Programs/Settings. It has to be linked "programmatically".

i'V DOWNLOADED THE KEYSWAP FILE TO MY PC. I UNZIPPED IT AND THERE WAS NO "CAB" FILE, ONLY .001, .002, AND .003 FILES. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

#15 2009-11-06 05:46
Frakin' awesome. Thanks a ton!

When I click download, a box pops up asking if I want to open it or save it. Which one do I do?

#17 vicott 2009-11-24 23:44
Do save the file and follow the installation steps.

#18 2009-11-24 23:47
Thanks. Okay, so now how to I transfer it to my Palm Treo Pro? Sorry, I am not tech-savvy. Do I connect the phone to my PC with the USB cable...?

#19 vicott 2009-11-24 23:53
Yes. Do connect your device to the PC with the USB cable. You have to either connect it as a external storage drive, or use ActiveSync (for Windows XP), or use Windows Mobile Device Centre (for Windows Vista) in order to transfer the file over to the device.

Alternatively, you can just download the file using the browser in the device. The mobile version of this site is at m.mobisapienz.com

Sorry to bother you again but I don't know how to specifically choose the CAB file from my PC to activesync with my treo and transfer the file over.

#21 2009-11-26 02:52
My Treo is connected to my PC through the USB cable. I am on Windows Explorer and when I drag the CAB file to the "Mobile Device" icon it gives me a circle with a cross through it and refuses to allow the Treo to accept the CAB file. What am I doing wrong? When I try to do Active Sync it doesn't allow me to choose files to sync over.

you can try to visit m.mobisapienz.com on the mobile device to download & install directly.

I can't get this to work on TouchFlo 3d on a Sprint Touchpro 2, works fine on regular interface, but crashes when I hit 'apply' to make changes ... any updates/fixes coming??
Thanks

#25 2010-01-05 07:59
And I should add, that even when it did appear to re-map e.g. from the standard 'Camera' on LHS, to e.g. 'Youtube' in TF3d ,clicking on it resulted in no action.
